The Philippine Supreme Court dismissed Judge Floro's Disbarment Case
and it NOTED WITHOUT ACTION Judge Floro's 2nd Appeal to be reinstated.

DECISION

Judge Floro will file the motion for reconsideration and 3rd appeal (allowed by Soria case), respectively.

The appeal will be based on truth:

Why did Justice Nazario approach Justice Hermosisima, Jr. at the dinner before February 10, 2006 to settle my case for a Price:

TRUTH HAS NO PRICE.

Judge Floro will add an ALTERNATIVE MOTION TO EXPUNGE FROM THE CURSED ROLLO, the 3rd Appeal (to be filed before the end of the 15 day period counted from October 19) so that it/the pages thereof may be prayed for every fridays at 3pm and 12 midnights and flashed upon by the violet and white lights of LUIS, thereby awaiting the CURSED DECISION's SPELL and KARMA upon the loved ones UP TO THE 7TH GENERATION of (inflicting illnesses of stroke, cancer and nerve disorders, inter alia, upon)
all the 15 Supreme Court incumbent, past and future Justices, judges, justices and members of the CURSED JUDICIAL AND BAR COUNCIL, of the judicial department.

Judge Floro will devote his entire life to the fulfillment of his DESTINY: to implement, execute and satisfy the CURSE, SPELL and KARMA, upon the ponente, down to all the powerful persons above mentioned and all the respondents in the disbarment case.

Judge Floro will demand the TRUTH form Justice Nazario and the Chief Justice via a letter, per the ultimate weapon of LUIS:

THE CURSE, KARMA and SPELL thru the flashing of violet and white lights of LUIS, the King of Kings of Elementals.

The last pleading to be filed if expunged or otherwise will be burried in the graves of Justice De Leon, Jr. awaiting the death of the most painful death of the ponente and lingering illnesses of Justice Hermosisima, Jr.
and the 15 Justices, inter alia.

Upon the comming to pass of this prophecy, the CURSE will be compleat by violet and white lights FIAT upon all their loved ones UP TO THE 7th generation.
